GOVCOM coordinator of North East Region Mr Isaiah Emi has lamented on the delayers of Government to pay the 12 months salaries of 2023 badge posted and edge the government to create jobs for the youth and also post 2024 badge of college of education.

I'm deeply frustrated with the NDC government's handling of key issues, particularly the employment and payment of teachers. It seems they've lost track of their promises, especially regarding job creation and support for youth. *The unpaid 12 months salaries of the 2022 batch for teachers who was posted in 2024* and *the lack of transparency about postings  of the 2023 batch from college of education* are major concerns.

I'm worried that if these issues aren't addressed, they could cost the NDC in future elections. Our leaders seem disconnected from the people, and the silence from the Education Minister and Ghana Education Service is deafening.

Ghanaians won't forget the promises made, and it's crucial for our leaders to act now. The teachers are demanding a clear timeline for postings, and it's essential for the government to provide one. Let's not repeat past mistakes of 2012 and 2016.

I urge the NDC leadership to take immediate action, communicate transparently, and prioritize the needs of the people. The youth and teachers are watching, and their support is vital for future elections.
